Remote Service
Outside of our regular support if your organization needs consulting and configuration assistance for larger, more complex configuration that require customized installation, we will consult with you remotely to develop an effective implementation strategy.
On-site Service
For larger installations across multiple servers on diverse networks, Packet Analytics provides onsite installation and configuration.
Training
We can help train analysts in interactive web training sessions. Analysts will learn how to use Net/FSE more effectively in daily operations, incident response and network forensic situations.
