How do I request support for a new event type?
Please post to the user community in the Event Types section if you have an event type you would like supported by Net/FSE. You can also contact Packet Analytics support directly at support@packetanalytics.com. Please attach a log file sample if possible when posting or contacting support. Log files should be obfuscated but no event information will ever be used by Packet Analytics except for parser creation and testing and bug fixes.
